"Deliberate" released in August 1991 became Beyond's last Cantonese album with Cinepoly. In September of the same year,Beyond held five "Life Contact Concerts" at the Hong Kong Coliseum, then soon transferred to Warner Music and signed a management contract with Amuse Japan, thus beginning Beyond's era with Warner.

In February 1992,Beyond boarded a plane to Japan. Six months later, they released their new album "Continue the Revolution". This album, entirely recorded in Japan, was distinctly different from the previous one. Beyond's music became more refined than before. The addition of Kitaro made Beyond's music grander, and the performance of a symphony orchestra with dozens of musicians completely transformed the arrangement of "Continue the Revolution". Beyond's critique of social issues, reflection on Chinese history, and pursuit of ideals for young people were also expressed in this album. "Continue the Revolution" was like a heavy bomb, shaking the music scenes of both China and Japan.

In 1993,to commemorate Beyond's tenth anniversary,Wong Ka Kui composed "Boundless Oceans,Vast Skies," reviewing Beyond's journey over the past decade. From the past of "waiting forever" and "saying goodbye to ideals" to now having carved out their own space,Beyond achieved their musical dream in ten years. Ka Kui poured all his thoughts and aspirations for the future into "Boundless Oceans,Vast Skies." Producer Ryo Kunihiko created a majestic orchestral arrangement for this song, with the opening piano, the gradually rising orchestra in the middle section, and the electric guitar solo at the end, showcasing Wong Ka Kui's favorite art rock style to its fullest.

In May 1993,Beyond released their new album "Rock and Roll". Unlike "Continue the Revolution" which used a grand perspective to discuss social problems and Chinese history,"Rock and Roll" took Beyond's ten-year musical journey as its starting point, providing a phased summary of this decade. The entire album was substantial, with almost every track being a masterpiece, maintaining their consistent rich originality, sensitivity to the surrounding world, and cynical critique, while also returning to their initial rock style.

Compared to previous albums,"Rock and Roll" featured richer music and increasingly diverse styles. Whether it was the hard rock of "I Am Angry" and "All Is Love," the jazzy "Papa Mama," the bluesy slow song "Delusion," or the reggae-style "Meaningless," all delivered outstanding performances.

The opening track "I Am Angry" was an out-and-out heavy metal rock song, with Ka Kui's powerful vocals delivering an explosive and exhilarating performance. "Papa Mama" began with jarring saxophone, creating a scene of parents arguing, using metaphor to describe the confusion, sorrow, fear, and anticipation in the hearts of Hong Kong people before the handover. "Peace and Love" featured warm vocals singing the band's yearning for love and peace. Amidst the accompanying guitar and piano melodies,Ka Kui's repeated "Never Change" stirred the listeners' emotions.

With acoustic guitar strumming,"Fate Is Your Home" deviated from the album's rock style, telling the story of struggling against fate with a folk-like charm. "All Is Love" passionately sang about the love in their hearts, while "Lover" depicted a relationship that was both melancholic and free-spirited.

"Madman's Manor" was a major highlight of the album, with its typical art rock style bringing us back to Beyond's early musical style. "Boundless Oceans,Vast Skies," with its magnificent momentum,open-minded spirit, and inspiring lyrics, encouraged generations of young people to love life and pursue their dreams.

"Rock and Roll" was Beyond's highest-produced album,a milestone for the band, and also became Wong Ka Kui's swansong.
