💡 Why is "Drunk in Dreams" (Black and White Edition) worth a high buyback price.

  1. Ultimate Display of Visual Art: The original 1988 "Drunk in Dreams" emphasized the glamorous style of classical Hollywood, while the desaturated black and white version highlighted Anita Mui's profound facial features and cool demeanor, showcasing immense visual artistic tension. It is a rare gem in the identification of early Anita Mui vinyl records.
  2. Authentic Restoration of Master Tape Sound Quality: The analog recording technology of 80s Chinese pop physical records was at its peak. This vinyl perfectly preserves Anita Mui's magnetic and rich mid-low tones, and when played on a Hi-Fi audio system,it delivers an ethereal quality and dynamic range unmatched by digital streaming.
  3. Historical Documentary Value: As a testament to the golden age of Hong Kong music,"Drunk in Dreams" features many highly popular classic songs. Due to the special release strategy of the black and white edition at the time, its circulation has gradually decreased over the years, making it a sought-after item by experienced collectors in the professional home record collection buyback market.
