For audiophiles and vinyl/CD collectors who love 80s and 90s Cantonese songs, the physical recordings of Sam Hui (the God of Songs) have always held an irreplaceable position. Among the many versions, the early T113 02/03 pressing of the "Hong Kong Feelings '90 Concert" 2CD set is a highly sought-after rarity in the second-hand out-of-print CD market. With years of professional experience in evaluating old records,Jukebox provides a comprehensive analysis of the unique charm and appreciation potential of this double CD set.

Why is the "T113 02/03" version so rare and precious.

In today's era of widespread digital music, the "pressing origin" and "inner ring code" of physical CDs have become core indicators determining sound quality and resale value. Many people new to buying and selling old records may not know that T113 typically represents the pressing code for early Korean SKC factories.

• Audiophile-grade Analog Sound: Early 1990s CD pressing technology did not involve excessive digital compression (like the dynamic range compression common today). The T113 02/03 version retains the most original and warmest soundstage of the live concert, with extremely high vocal detail and instrument separation, making it a top choice for high-end Hi-Fi audio testing.
• Early Characteristic Without IFPI Code: The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) only began fully implementing IFPI codes in 1994. This T113 02/03 version is a typical "no IFPI" early first pressing. Due to minimal mold wear, the engraved grooves are the deepest and most accurate. Therefore, its price in the top cash second-hand CD Buyback market far exceeds later reissues or re-pressings.

Hong Kong Feelings: A Historical Document Witnessing the Golden Age of Cantonese Music

This is not just a music album, but also a sonic record of the peak of Hong Kong popular culture. The 1990 concert brought together countless of Sam Hui's popular golden hits, from the wanderer's sentiments in "Iron Tower Under the Clouds" to the grassroots feelings in "Half Catty,Eight Taels." This double CD fully captures the cheers and interaction with the God of Songs from the live performance. For collectors seeking a resonance with the era, this record set is an invaluable auditory time machine. This is why high-cash buyback of Sam Hui's old CDs has always been one of Jukebox's important services.
