Full item description

For many experienced vinyl fans and collectors,Danny Chan's vinyl records have always held an irreplaceable position. Among the many versions,White Label / promotional not-for-sale records are even rarer treasures in the market.

If you happen to own a White Label copy of "Don't Cry For Me," or other out-of-print promotional vinyl records of 80s Cantonese songs, you might be holding something of extremely high market value. Below,we have compiled the differences between regular and White Label records to help you better understand the true value of your treasured collection:

Record Feature	Regular Commercial Vinyl Record	White Label / Promotional Vinyl Record
Purpose of Release	Released for public sale to the mass market	Specifically for radio DJs and media for listening and promotional purposes
Quantity Released	Mass-produced according to market demand, large quantity	Extremely rare, usually only tens to hundreds of copies pressed
Sound Quality Performance	Sound quality may degrade slightly with increased pressings	Mostly "First Pressing",retaining the most original and transparent master tape sound
Collector's Value & Resale Price	Depends on preservation status and version (e.g.,picture disc, colored vinyl)	Extremely high. Due to rarity and historical significance,a top cash resale indicator in the secondary market

Don’t Cry for Me (Lyrics)

Let this night be like a gentle breeze
Passing without a trace
Let this love be like the evening sky
Completely hidden in darkness
In this dim street corner
Still accompanied by the cold wind as before
A lady is crying in the wind
In the depths of darkness
I coldly bid you farewell,a hasty good-bye,love like a dream
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
With tears in your eyes, you say it's because of this cold wind
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
No need to lie, love has disappeared
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
Please forgive my heartlessness tonight,no embrace
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
Forgive me for my sincere heart turning into a blade tonight
Let indifference remain in my heart
Try to control emotions
Let the story's ending be revealed

But my steps are no longer light
In this dim street corner
The cold moon still hangs in the sky as before
You leave under the streetlights, already lost
In the depths of darkness
I coldly bid you farewell,a hasty good-bye,love like a dream
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
With tears in your eyes, you say it's because of this cold wind
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
No need to lie, love has disappeared
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
Please forgive my heartlessness tonight,no embrace
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
Forgive me for my sincere heart turning into a blade tonight
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
With tears in your eyes, you say it's because of this cold wind
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
No need to lie, love has disappeared
DON'T CRY FOR ME (DON'T CRY)
Please forgive my heartlessness tonight,no embrace
