Why is this record worth a high resale price.
- Collection of Classic Hits: The album includes "Really a Man",the theme song for the TVB drama "The Modern Gentlemen," which has become synonymous with "tough guy spirit" in Chinese music. Additionally,"Three Hearts,One Mind",the theme song for the movie "Heart to Hearts," is a beloved classic among fans.
- High Recording Quality: Warner Music in the late 1980s paid meticulous attention to CD production. The album features a wide soundstage and rich vocals, making it an essential vocal disc for many Hi-Fi enthusiasts to test their audio equipment.
- Scarcity of First Pressings: After so many years,well-preserved early editions of "Life's Song" without scratches or yellowed lyric books are increasingly rare in the market, and their collection value continues to rise.

How to determine the resale value of George Lam's "Life's Song".
If you plan to sell your old George Lam records,we recommend conducting a preliminary self-assessment based on the following "long-tail key points":
- Check the matrix number: The IFC code or "West German" text near the center hole of the CD is crucial for identifying "first pressings." The resale value of such editions is often several times higher than regular editions.
- Check the OBI strip: If your CD still retains its original paper OBI strip, its completeness will significantly increase the premium value of the entire record.
- Lyric booklet condition: Is it damp, stuck together,or does it have yellow spots or artist signatures. A well-preserved original lyric booklet is a critical factor for professional appraisal.
