As a veteran audio and physical record collecting platform,we know the story behind every disc. Released in 1990,"Dreaming" is one of Leslie Cheung's most iconic works in his musical career. This album not only features popular classic dance tracks and soulful ballads such as "Miss You Much" and "Sides," but its early physical releases are also highly sought after by audiophiles in today's second-hand CD market. For the used record buyback and out-of-print CD trading markets, the first edition of "Dreaming" is highly coveted by countless vinyl and old CD collectors, both for its sound quality and historical significance.
Leslie Cheung's "Dreaming" CD: Common Editions and Buyback Grading Reference
The pressing version, period, and origin directly determine the rarity and market value of the record. We offer professional record version authentication services. Below are common collectible versions of this album and their value references:
| Record Version Type | Release Features & Key Identification Points | Second-hand Market Collectible Popularity / Buyback Value |
| Korean T113 Silver Ring First Press | The inner ring of the disc has "T113" without an IFPI code. The sound quality is closest to the original master tape, with a warm and mellow sound, making it the ultimate goal for seasoned audiophiles. | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Extremely High) |
| Japanese Denon Edition | Pressed in Japan, with extremely fine craftsmanship and very low noise floor. If the unique "obi" (side strip) of the Japanese version is completely preserved, its purchase price will significantly increase. | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (High) |
| Hong Kong Local Flat Ring/Plastic Ring Edition | Early Hong Kong local pressings, with a relatively largepressing quantity. It is the preferred entry-level choice for many fans to revisit classics, with the highest marketmarket turnover (circulation rate). | ⭐⭐⭐ (Medium to High) |
| Later Reissues / SACD / K2HD | High-quality versions reissued by record companies in recent years, remastered with new technologies to meet the playback demands of modern Hi-Fi audio equipment. | ⭐⭐⭐ (Evaluated based on market fluctuations) |
