Full item description
For seasoned collectors keen on buying and selling second-hand vinyl records in Hong Kong,"White Label / Promo Copy" records have always held immense appeal. Many music lovers, when searching for 80s Cantopop vinyl records, often specifically look for these non-commercial release versions. Below,we've compiled the main differences between white label records and regular commercial releases to help you understand why we offer high cash prices for rare Chinese vinyl records:
| Assessment Criteria | White Label (Promo Copy) | Regular Commercial Release (Retail Copy) |
| Purpose of Release | Specifically for radio DJs to preview and for media promotion; not for public sale. | Aimed at the mass market, publicly sold in major record stores. |
| Pressing Batch | Usually first pressing, with minimal wear on the master tape. | May undergo multiple re-pressings depending on sales. |
| Sound Quality | Closest to the master tape in sound, wide dynamic range, most complete and rich in detail. | Good sound quality, but later pressings may slightly degrade due to master plate wear. |
| Market Scarcity | Extremely limited release, very low market circulation, considered rare out-of-print vinyl records. | Larger release volume, relatively widespread market circulation, easier to find. |
| Collection Potential | Very high,second-hand vinyl record resale prices are usually much higher than regular versions. | Stable overall, depending on artist's fame and album's classic status. |

Lyrics:
You and I were born, each on one side of the world You walk your path,I pass my day The world brought your ancestors, through several migrations Finally arriving at this seaside today Changes also caused my ancestors to follow the times and spin Eventually arriving here How many miles we've walked, how many days we've passed, finally meeting is fate Many things change in the world, but they quietly create this love You are my future,I am your present Yet cannot predict if we'll be together forever Too many sudden events each day in the world, pondered and thought about thousands of times In the end, there's no way to guarantee things will go as wished Yet it's fortunate to have this fate,to cherish it limitlessly with you No matter what day How many times we've foraged, how many days we've passed, finally meeting is fate Many loves exist in the world, but they quietly create this love You and I were born, each on one side of the world Yet it's fortunate to have this fate,to accompany each other every day You are my future,I am your present Fortunate to have this fate,to be together by each other's sideRelated Recommendations
