Sell Sandy Lam white - label promo vinyl records
Sell Sandy Lam white - label promo vinyl records
For seasoned record collectors and audiophiles, the early 1990s in the Hong Kong pop music scene was a transitional period between vinyl records and CDs. Sandy Lam's "City Rhythms" series is undoubtedly an iconic work of Hong Kong dance music and R& B,and among them, the song "Tilted" (Tilting) was widely known. However,at that time, most releases were on CD or cassette. Sandy Lam's "Tilted" white label vinyl record (usually a promo copy for radio stations) was never publicly released, making its existing quantity extremely rare and a highly collectible treasure in today's second-hand vinyl market.

"White label records" are highly sought after not just because of their rarity. These promotional vinyl records, exclusively for radio DJs,were usually pressed from the earliest batches of master tapes (first pressings). Their groove tracks are the clearest, offering a wide dynamic range that perfectly reproduces Anthony Lun's excellent arrangement layers and Sandy Lam's unique charming vocals. This is why many Hi-Fi enthusiasts, who pursue the ultimate analog sound, are always looking for these out-of-print white label promotional vinyl records.

Sandy Lam "Tilted" Album Lyrics:
Lyrics: Lin Zhenqiang Composer: T.Currier/G.Henry/Anthony Lun Arranger: Anthony Lun
The wind rushes with me to every direction,as if determined to travel through every city.
The wind and I drink the finest wines from the ends of the earth, singing together time after time.
Paris captivates me so much, champagne seems to spray all around.
East and West Berlin are so enchanting, yet I still think of that night with you.
Tilted rain, tilted you and obsession, tilted kiss me.
Tilted mirror, tilted hanging shirt, tilted spying on me.
How many turns must my legs take before I can stop wanting to go back to you.
How many nights must my heart go through,to let go of you in loneliness.
Thousands of European passersby on the street, chatting and talking, seemingly unaware of the night.
The handsome men on the street are so passionate, yet I still think of one more night with you.
Tilted rain, tilted you and obsession, tilted kiss me.
Tilted mirror, tilted hanging shirt, tilted spying on me.
Tilted rain, tilted you and obsession, tilted kiss me.
Tilted mirror, tilted hanging shirt, tilted spying on me.
I said I would eventually forget.
I said one day I would forget everything.
Paris captivates me so much, champagne seems to spray all around.
East and West Berlin are so enchanting, yet I still think of that night with you.
Tilted rain, tilted you and obsession, tilted kiss me.
Tilted mirror, tilted hanging shirt, tilted spying on me.
Tilted rain, tilted you and obsession, tilted kiss me.
Tilted mirror, tilted hanging shirt, tilted spying on me.
Tilted rain, tilted you and obsession, kiss me deep in the night.
Tilted mirror, tilted hanging shirt, spy on me deep in the night.
